Lt. Col. (Dr.) Faulkner passed away at his home the morning of Oct. 1, 2013, in the company of his beloved family and friends.

Victor was born in 1948, in Plant City, Fla. He graduated from Turkey Creek High School and enlisted in the U.S. Air Force, serving in Berlin during the height of the Cold War. Upon completion of service, he attended the University of Florida, earning his Doctorate of Dentistry in 1978. He was subsequently commissioned as a captain in the Air Force and served until his retirement from service at Eglin Air Force Base in 2006. He continued to practice and care for service members until 2012.
Doctor Faulkner was preceded in death by his father, Thaddeus Faulkner; mother, Eva Ruth Robinson Faulkner; and son, Jon Mendez.
Survivors include his wife, Uraiwan Natee; son, Charles Jack; daughter, Kwan Siler; sisters, Jacqueline Faulkner Adams, Ava Faulkner and Deborah Faulkner; and brother, Jeffrey Mason. He also leaves behind many other cherished family members and friends. Victor will be greatly missed by all.
There has been a service date correction for Victor Michael Faulkner's service date. Please note the new date for service is Friday, Oct. 4, with visitation beginning at 1 p.m., and service to follow after at the Twin Cities Services and Funeral Home, 1405 E. John Sims Pkwy, Niceville, Fla.
