Marylou Hullinger, age 76, of Crestview, Fla., passed away Monday morning, April 21, 2014, at her home.

She was born July 29, 1937, in Birdsboro, Pa., to the late Theadore and Ellen (Schaeffer) Alderman. Marylou traveled the world extensively with her husband, Norman, during his service in the U.S. Navy.
She retired from Walmart after 13 years of employment.
In addition to her loving husband, Norman, Marylou is survived by three children, Michele Jean Walker, of Baker, Norman Hullinger, Jr., of New Hope, Pa. and Dori Cash, of Atlanta, Ga.; and six grandchildren, Chad Duran, Rochele Smith, Jeff Hullinger, Savanna Cash, Cade Cash and Brett Walker. Marylou also leaves behind several cats, all of whom she was quite fond.
A memorial service celebrating Marylou's life will be held at 5 p.m., on Thursday, April 24, 2014, at Whitehurst Powell Funeral Home, with the Rev. Jeff Prows officiating.
