Mrs. Karen L. Geiselman, age 69, passed away on Aug. 3, 2012. She was a very loving wife, mother and grandmother and just an all around good hearted person who was loved by all and never met a stranger. She retired from civil service after 33 years of service before going back to work at Mossy Head Water Works for the past 13 years.

She is preceded in death by her husband of 47 years, Richard Geiselman. Survivors include her two sons, Darrell C. Geiselman and wife Candance, Stephen R. Geiselman and wife Cheryl; grandchildren include Kristyn and Bubba, Shane and his wife Dakota, McKenna, Blane, Emma, Jack and Heidi; and great-grandchild, Kenzie; her sister, Judy and her family; her brother, Bill and his family; and sister, Pamela and her family. A special extended thanks to her sister Pamela for living with her for the past year assisting with her quality of life.
The family would like to also extend thanks to the numerous special friends and extended family, far too many to mention, for their gracious support and caring over the past year through all the adversity that Karen has endured.
A time of visitation will be held 4 to 5 p.m., Wednesday, Aug. 8, 2012, at Clary-Glenn Funeral Home Chapel, 230 Park Ave., DeFuniak Springs, FL 32435.
Funeral services will be held at 5 p.m., Wednesday, Aug. 8, 2012, at Clary-Glenn Funeral Home Chapel with Reverends Bill Ferrand and Joel Glenn officiating.
Burial will follow in the Barrancas National Cemetery on Thursday, Aug. 9, 2012, at 10:15 a.m., where Karen will once again rejoin her husband.
