Master Sgt. Donald Earl Lacey (Ret.), U.S. Air Force, 79, of Fort Walton Beach, Fla., entered into eternal rest Wednesday, Jan. 23, 2013, at Fort Walton Beach Medical Center. Donald was born in Aberdeen, Wash., on June 14, 1933, the son of Earl and Emma Lacey. On May 5, 1965, he was united in marriage to Cecelia Wilt Norris. Donald retired after serving 26 years in the United States Air Force. Donald was a life time member of E.O.D. MasterBlasters, Inc. and the V.F.W.

Survivors include his loving wife, Cecelia; sons, Richard (wife, Charlotte) Norris, Robert (wife, Gretchen) Norris and Roger (wife, Shawna) Norris; sisters, Barbara Evans and Elaine Wadsworth; grandsons, Byron (wife, Michelle) Norris, Jason Norris, Christopher Norris, Caleb Norris and Marcus Norris; and great-granddaughter, Audrey Kathleen Norris.
He was preceded in death by his parents; son, Lee; daughter, Sonja; brothers, Phillip and Harold; and sister, Janet Lacey.
Visitation will be 5 to 7 p.m. Monday, Jan. 28, 2013, at Emerald Coast Funeral Home, 113 Racetrack Road N.E. Fort Walton Beach, FL 32547. Funeral service will be 1 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 29, 2013, at St Simon's Episcopal Church, Fort Walton Beach. Burial will be 11:45 a.m. Wednesday, at Barrancas National Cemetery in Pensacola, Fla.
