Jenelle Berry, age 82, of Dorcas, Fla., went to be with her Lord and Savior on Wednesday, Sept. 4, 2013. She was born in Dorcas on Nov. 13, 1930, to Dewey and Nora Boothe and has been a life time resident. She was a member of Dorcas Baptist Church where she was very active and involved. She sang in the choir, cooked for folks in the community and the church, and served in every capacity for as long as she could. Besides helping at the church, Jenelle loved spending time with her husband working outside, especially in the garden and planting flowers. For over 20 years she gave selflessly of her time volunteering at the hospital. Jenelle loved her children, whether it was talking on the phone with Ronald, or shopping with Renee. She took pride in her grandchildren, always excited to hear about what was going on in their lives or having them come and visit. Above all, Jenelle loved Jesus and lived to serve the Lord with all her heart, soul, mind and strength.
