Dear Nolan Family,

I hope you know how much Bobby was loved, and how many lives he touched. I had the opportunity to see him a few times over the past year or so, and I just keep remembering that smile. Last time I saw him we sat and laughed, and then laughed more. Doesn't seem right that he is not physically here, but he is living in so many memories. I hope the memories bring some peace to you, and knowing how many lives he touched bring a smile to your faces. God's Blessings

Dear Nolan Family,

Although the years have passed I haven't seen Bobby through them..he will always be fondly remembered. We rode the bus together for years and the kids on the bus always knew once we got to Bobby's stop at Chapel Hill he would have a joke and laugh and sometimes a silly prank making the long bus trip fun. My thoughts are with you during this time of mourning.

Rip Bobby,
still have hundreds of pictures from when we were kids and the famous tape of our "radio station," WZKY, yup still have it. The football games with Danny N all the Parisi brothers at the edge of the golf-course, the Horse, Luke, N the dogs Sasha N Flip, N then the litter of Pups My family had thanks to Flip lol. The childhood spats hanging out with the neighborhood gang, My brothers you Todd, Aaron, Trudy, Deb N Doreen, Missy Chris N Charley Phil Webb... and all the friends of our friends. Those memories are so very precious to me, My Dear Friend. I am very sorry we did not have contact in more recent times, but I have thought of you often. A heart as big as yours, I am sure with how much you gave of yourself, it is a well deserved rest, Thanks You for the memories, what are we without one another? Not much. I am most grateful for the company we shared defining us both as
so-much-more. We were MEANT to live for, so-much-more. ;^)

Could not love Bobby more...he was kind, respectful and had a heart of gold. His overall acceptance of everyone as they were (with flaws and all) made him a very special man. I already miss my sweet cousin! Kathleen Sexton

We lost a special person who we held in our hearts dearly..He was more than a friend to me. He was a brother.

Bob Nolan you will be missed!

We shared nothing but good times and have nothing but special memories that nobody can take away. Life will not be the same and won't be as much fun without you. I Thank god that I had the opportunity
to
be your friend and brother.

In life you have friends and you have "friends" who you connect with in a deeper manner. Bob was one of those people. He was a special person who had a great heart. He let me "in" his heart and my family "in" his heart and he became a special part in our hearts

It was not uncommon for us to express our brotherly love to one another.

I love you buddy!

I'm going to miss talking sports, hanging out, telling stories and cracking jokes and always having a good time. Cub games and Bears games and so forth.

It has been said that "only the good die young" and in this case....that can't be farther than the truth.

Your not here on earth but your family and friends will keep your spirit alive!

The McVicar family loves you and you will always be a part of us! You were one of a kind!

Dear Nolan family, I am so sorry for your loss and you are all in our thoughts and prayers. Bobby brought so much fun and laughter to everything in high school, and I'm sure that you will miss him terribly. He was a charismatic guy with a huge heart, driving that big orange truck. He will be remembered fondly by so many. I wish I could be there on Wednesday, but will be there in spirit. Please know how sorry I am.
