WOODSTOCK – Loretta J. Jelen (nee Chasen) passed away peacefully Saturday, Nov. 17, 2012, in Woodstock.
She was born Sept. 17, 1926, in Chicago.
Loretta is survived by her children, Thomas (Louise) Jelen, Jerome (Beverly) Jelen and Carol (Scott) Beers; grandchildren, Ryan, Jessica and Jackie; and brother, Walter Chasen.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph; sister, Violet Handzel; and her parents.
The visitation will be from 9 a.m. until the Mass of Christian Burial is celebrated at 10 a.m. Friday, Nov. 23, at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church, 1023 McHenry Ave., Crystal Lake.
Interment will be private.
