Phillip Siudak Obituary
He was born Feb. 19, 1943, in Lublin, Wis., to Edward and Agnes Pancyrz Siudak. On Jan. 10, 1973, he was united in marriage to Bonnie O'Brien.
He worked as an electrician. He enjoyed spending time building cars and riding and rebuilding Harley motorcycles. He and his wife also were the owners/operators of Leisure Point Restaurant in Fox Lake and the Village Inn Restaurant in Twin Lakes, Wis., for many years.
He is survived by his wife, Bonnie; four sons, Phillip Jr., Robert, Mike (Jennifer) and Brian (Debbi); three daughters, Sarah Siudak, Lori Graff and Debbie (Randy) Schoelzel; 11 grandchildren; and a great-grandchild. He further is survived by his mother, Agnes; a brother, Tony (Rose) Siudak; and a sister, Joyce Siudak.
He was preceded in death by his father, Edward; a brother, Robert; and a sister, Denise.
The family will receive friends from 11 a.m. until the funeral at 2 p.m. Saturday, April 2, at Haase-Derrick-Lockwood Funeral Homes, 620 Legion Drive, Twin Lakes, Wis.
