Carla Lange Obituary

PLAINFIELD, Wis. – Carla Sharon Lange, nee Rosenthal, 61, of Plainfield, Wis., and Wonder Lake, passed away Sunday, April 3, 2011, at Riverside Medical Center in Waupaca, Wis., after a 15-month battle with cancer.

She was born Nov. 7, 1949, in Chicago, to Carl and Helen Rosenthal. She married Daniel Lange on Oct. 28, 1972.

Over the years she worked as a school bus driver for District 200 schools.

She is survived by her partner of 14 years, Peter Leutik; her daughter, Alicia Wiltsey of Foley, Minn.; her son-in-law, Timothy Wiltsey; two granddaughters, Amee and Kiya Wiltsey; her brother, Lawrence Rosenthal; and her two sons.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Daniel Lange; her parents, Carl and Helen Rosenthal; and her brother, Steven Rosenthal.

A memorial service will be at 1 p.m. Saturday, May 21, at St. Paul's Episcopal Church in McHenry. Friends will gather after the service.
