CRYSTAL LAKE – Dennis Dean Tuholski, 34, of Crystal Lake, died Sunday, July 22, 2012, at Janesville Mercy Hospital, Janesville, Wis.
He was born Feb. 25, 1978, in Park Ridge.
He owned the Northwest Garage Door Co. He served in the U.S. Army.
He was the son of Dennis L. and the late Darleen Tuholski; brother of Deana, Joe and Daniel Tuholski; uncle of Samantha and Emily Lindquist; and partner of Carrie Davis.
The visitation will be from 3 to 8 p.m. Thursday, July 26, at the Meadows Funeral Home, 3615 Kirchoff Road, Rolling Meadows. The funeral will be at 9 a.m. Friday, July 27, proceeding from the funeral home to Our Lady of the Wayside Church for a 9:30 a.m. Mass. Interment will be in St. Michael the Archangel Cemetery, Palatine.
