Olive (Slavin) Frame. Olive M. Frame, age 84, of Woodstock, died on June 25, 2014, at the Valley Hi Nursing Home in Hartland. She was born on May 9, 1930, in Hebron, to John W. and Agnes (O'Brien) Slavin. She married Wayne G. Frame on November 19, 1955 at St. Patrick's Catholic Church, Hartland, IL.
Survivors include her husband, Wayne; two sons, Marc (Carol) Frame, and Gregory Frame; three grandchildren, Elise (Tyler) Zacharias, Christopher and Caroline Frame; a sister, Gina (Ron) Frame.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and a brother, John Joseph Slavin.
She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Dominican University, formally Rosary College, and a Masters degree in Education from Northern Illinois University. Olive worked for nearly 40 years in the field of education. She was employed in the School Districts of Hebron and #200 in Woodstock. She enjoyed volunteering in Texas at their winter site at St. Francis Xavier and LaFeria learning Center.
Visitation will be held at St. Mary Church, 312 Lincoln Avenue Woodstock, on Saturday, June 28, 2014 from 9:30 am until the 11:00 am Funeral Mass. Interment will be in the St. Patrick's Cemetery in Hartland.
