CRYSTAL LAKE – Robert C. Cramm, 84, of Crystal Lake, passed away Monday, Feb. 11, 2013, surrounded by his loving family.|
He was born Dec. 24, 1928, in Chicago. Robert was the owner and skilled baker of the Palatine Bakery for many years and became owner of the Silver Hamper Laundromat, as well as the Virginia Center.
He was a member of the United States Army, drafted into the Korean War.
Robert enjoyed fishing in Lake Michigan, golfing and bowling, and was very dedicated to his family.
Robert is survived by his loving wife, Helene Cramm (nee Bauer); four children, Jeffrey (Joan), Leonard (Andrea), Robert (Kay) and William (Kelly); 17 grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and three daughters, Renee, Rebecca and Christine.
Services for Robert will be private.
