Mr. Lustina - Ahh, the fond memories from years ago. A real character. Thanks for the laughs and of course, the "occassional" legal ordeals!! One time Mr. Lustina was to represent me in a traffic matter. At the time of the hearing he told me that he couldn't represent me and I was on my own and walked away. I was dumb founded. Court came to order and the bailiff ordered that we all rise for the judge...the Honorable Steven J. Lustina. We quickly were ordered to approach the bench and after a short discourse with the prosecutor, the gavel fell and I was out the door. May God have mercy on you and rest your soul. Prayers to Marianne, Mike, Tommy, John and Mrs. Lustina.
