GEORGE EDWARD LOWMAN, JR.

He was an active and leading member of his community, including serving as a volunteer fireman
, working for his church, and a term as a township trustee. His roots were in agriculture and he stayed involved with the farming community throughout his life. George was a skilled wood worker and craftsman and could often be found in his garage building or fixing something for friends and family. George was a man who took little and gave much. He was always working, making sure everyone was cared for, protected, and happy. To him, family was everything, but with his large heart and strong hands, he treated everyone he met as family.
