IRENE L. GWIZDALSKI BURNHAM, IL Irene L. Gwizdalski (nee Duquette), age 86 of Burnham, IL, passed away on Friday, August 29, 2014. She is survived by her two sons: Steven (Robin) and Thomas (Pat) Gwizdalski; four grandchildren: Jeffrey, Eric, Matthew, and Shelby; and sister: Dorothy Zuzich. Mrs. Gwizdalski was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Stephen. Funeral services for Mrs. Gwizdalski will be held on Thursday, September 4, 2014 at 11:00 AM at the Schroeder- Lauer Funeral Home, 3227 Ridge Rd., Lansing, IL. Interment will follow at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery in Elwood, IL. Friends are invited to visit with Mrs. Gwizdalski's family on Wednesday, September 3, from 2:00 - 8:00 PM at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Mrs. Gwizdalski's name to Alzheimer's Research or Unity Hospice. www.schroederlauer.com
