Ashlynn Sietsma Obituary
Ashlynn Elizabeth Sietsma, 18 months old, born September 11, 2009, loving daughter of Ben and Amy (Patrick) Sietsma, passed away suddenly Wednesday, March 23, 2011 at St. Anthony Medical Center, Crown Point, IN. Ashlynn is survived by her loving parents: Ben and Amy Sietsma of DeMotte, IN. Also survived by a host of loving grandparents: Ronald and Sharon Patrick of Wheatfield, IN, and Jim and Karen Sietsma of Highland, IN; paternal great grandparents: Calvin and Shirley Blink of Highland, IN; loving aunts: Sherry (Dave) Ondro- vich, Kathy (Jim) Sanders, Tami (John) Pae, and Traci (Shawn) Enstrom; and cousins: Peyton, Caden, Laina, Andrew, Emmaleigh, and Nathan. Friends may call on Monday March 28, 2011 from 3:00-8:00 PM at Jackson Funeral Service, DeMotte, IN. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, March 29, 2011 at 11:00 AM at Jackson Funeral Service, DeMotte with Pastor Don Rector officiating.
