BRADLEY KNOTTS LAKE STATION, IN Bradley Knotts, age 18, passed away on Friday, June 14, 2013 at home after a brave battle with Muscular Dystrophy. He was born on February 21, 1995 in Hobart, the son of James and Shelly (nee Knarian) Knotts. Bradley was a 2013 graduate of River Forest High School. He was an avid video game player, enjoyed the computer and watching the Indianapolis Colts play. He attended M.D.A camp yearly and he played on the Challenger baseball team for Portage Little League. Bradley will be surely missed by so many that knew and loved him. He was a great son, wonderful brother, proud uncle, loving grandson, nephew and friend. Bradley is survived by his loving family; parents, James and Shelly Knotts of Lake Station; sisters: Jennifer (Ken) Knotts of Portage, Stephanie Knotts of Lake Station; brother, Jimmy Knotts of Lake Station; Paternal grandparents: James (Mary) Knotts of Hobart; Maternal grandparents: Paul (Cathy) Dec of Portage; nephews, Trevor and Kodie, nieces: Cassandra and Kaitlyn; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandmother, Sharon (nee Heck) Knotts; aunt, Katie Dec; uncle, Kenny Dec; and uncle, Brian Knarian. In lieu of flowers donation to the Knotts family would be appreciated. A visitation for Bradley Knotts will be held on Monday, June 17, 2013 from 2:00 -8:00 PM at Rees Funeral Home - Brady Chapel, 3781 Central Avenue, Lake Station. A funeral service for Bradley will be held on Tuesday, June 18, 2013 at 11: 00 am at Rees Funeral Home - Brady Chapel, with Pastor Josh Brown, officiating.
