DELORES M. DAUMER VALPARISO, IN Delores M. Daumer, 83 of Valparaiso, passed away on April 6, 2013. Delores was born on July 9, 1929 in St. Paul, Minnesota, to Claude B. Wolfe and Charlotte N. (Steel) Kingston. She worked at Valparaiso University in the kitchen for over 20 years. She is survived by her four children: Kim (Jim) Simpson of Valparaiso, Kelly Daumer (Clark Phillips) of Valparaiso, Kandy (Marc) Redbond of North Carolina, and Richard (Gina) Daumer of Knox. She is also survived by brothers: Charles Wolfe of Ohio and William Steel of Valparaiso; grandchildren: Tanya (Gary) Gear, Teena (Anthony) Tidwell, Randy (Liz) Daumer, Cory (Gretchen) Daumer, Tim Knoblock, Jessica (Chris) Holst, Arica Siddall, Katie Daumer, Lindsey (Mark) Risner, and Dane Daumer; great grandchildren: Hunter Blanchard, Cooper Blanchard, Isaiah Tidwell, Shawn, Paisley, Hudson Daumer, Isabella Daumer, Marc Siddall, Kennedy Holst, Luke Holst, and Anna Risner; and many nieces and nephews. Delores was preceded in death by her husband, Richard Daumer; three infant children; and six brothers. Visitation for Delores will be held on Tuesday, April 9, 2013 at Bartholomew Funeral Home from 4:00-8:00 PM.
