DOLORES I. CROWE Today our family had a Visitor, the Lord came knocking at our Mothers hearts door. He said I have come to carry you home, to be with me forever more. Come home, my child, come home. She will also be reunited with her loving husband whom she has longed to see. So we gladly let her go to be with our Heavenly Father forevermore. Dolores I. Crowe passed away Wednesday October 30, 2013. She was born on February 14, 1928 in Shady Valley, TN to David Alvin Jones and Elizabeth (Wright). Dolores is survived by her children: Tammy (Eddie) Krakowiak, Deborah (Aaron) Clark, Sandra (Henry) Sanchez, and Lawrence E. (Linda) Crowe Jr.; grandchildren: Corey and Cole Krakowiak, Heather (Steve) Simmons, Rebecca Clark, John (Carrie), Joseph and Nicole Sanchez, Alana (Wade) Caffarel, Larry, Alexis and Stephanie Crowe; great grandchildren: Hailey, Kayla, Johnny and Waylon; brother, Howard Jones; nieces: Kim Brown, Alma Jean Hall, Brenda Conn, Wilma Stepp, Juanita Roper and Claudia; nephews: Gary (Peggy) Crowe and Larry (Linda) Reardon. Preceded in death her husband, Lawrence E. Crowe; grandson, Michael Hayden Jr., siblings: Eva Warren, Marie Warren, Earl Jones, Walter Jones, Willard Jones, Oran Jones, Clyde Jones, and Ida Hall. Friends may gather on Saturday, November 2, 2013 at the Solan Pruzin Funeral Home, 7109 Calumet Ave., Hammond. Visitation will be from 2:00- 6:00 PM. Dolores will be laid to rest at Double Springs Cemetery in Waynesburg, KY. Dolores, a loving and caring woman, cherished the time spent with her family and friends. She enjoyed making crafts, especially Christmas ornaments. Dolores served as a Cub Scout leader, enjoyed crocheting and loved to cook.
