ELAINE D. ADANK (NEE STOUT) CROWN POINT, IN Elaine D. Adank (nee Stout), age 84, of Crown Point, passed away on Sunday, March 4, 2012 at St. Anthony Hospice. Elaine is survived by her husband of over 55 years, William; two sons: William N. (Jill) Adank of Kouts and Joel (Cathy) Adank of Crown Point; four grandchildren: Jennifer (Alex) Maxwell; Allison Adank; Amy (Keith) Cunningham; Tracey (Glenn) Benetich; four great grandchildren: Paeyton and Brooke Cunningham, and Emma and Hunter Benetich. Preceded in death by one great grandson, Logan Benetich. Elaine worked for over 20 years as a secretary for Dr. Horst in Crown Point. She was an avid antique collector, 35 year member of the Questers International, and charter member of the Southlake County Agricultural Historical Society. Elaine was also a member of Daughters of the American Revolution. She enjoyed gardening and loved bird watching. A memorial service will be held Thursday, March 8, 2012 at 7:00 PM at Geisen Funeral- Cremation & Reception Centre (two blocks east of Broadway) at 606 E. 113th Ave., Crown Point, IN with Rev. David Easterday officiating. Friends may visit with the family Thursday from 5:00 to 7:00 PM. Services will conclude at the funeral home.
