FRANK G. CONCIALDI CROWN POINT/LOFS Frank G. Concialdi, age 88, of Crown Point/LOFS, passed away Monday, May 16, 2011 at Wittenberg Lutheran Village in Crown Point. Frank was born July 21, 1922 in Chicago Heights, IL to Rosaria and Giuseppi Concialdi. He served his country in the Navy as a Naval Aviator during WWII. Frank was a teacher and also served as Director of School House Planning for the Hammond Schools. During his retirement Frank was co-owner of Diamond Dave's Taco Co. in the Southlake Mall. Frank is survived by two sons: Paul Concialdi of Chicago and Douglas Concialdi of Vermont; brother, John Concialdi of Covina, CA; sisters: Madeline Madden of St. John, Celia (William) Skibsted of Arcadia, CA, and Loretta (Bill) Wagner of Crown Point; dear friend, Mary Wring; and other loving family. Frank was preceded in death by his parents; and brother, Sam Concialdi. A visitation for Frank will be held Monday, May 23, 2011 from 9:00-10:00 a.m. at Rees Funeral Home, Winfield Chapel, 10909 Randolph Street, Crown Point (Winfield), IN 46307. The funeral service will begin at 10:00 a.m. Monday with Rev. Thomas E. Mischler officiating.
