JOHN EDWARD LOWE "JACK" HAMMOND, IN John Edward Lowe, age 57, of Hammond, passed away Friday April 25, 2014. Jack is survived by his daughters: Jessica (Ryan) Gorka and Amber (Michael) Barkeloo; their mother, Debra Moritz; grandson, Nathaniel Lowe; brothers: Thomas Lowe, Robert (Cynthia) Lowe and Kenneth J. Lowe; aunt, Mildred Beconovich; one nephew; and many nieces and cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents: Kenneth and Sophie Lowe. Jack retired from Plumbers Local 210. He enjoyed the outdoors, loved to travel and cherished the time spent with his daughters and grandson, who he enjoyed taking to the park to play. Jack was a simple man who loved his family, loved life and loved God. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, April 30, 2014 at 7:00 PM at the Solan Pruzin Funeral Home, 7109 Calumet Ave., Hammond. Cremation at Solan Pruzin Crematory to follow.
