CLINT E. WILLIAMS HAMMOND, IN
Clint E. Williams, age 89 of Hammond, was called home to be with his Lord and savior on Sunday June 1,2014. Clint is survived by two sons: Jimmy (Denise) Williams of IL and David (Wendy) Williams of AZ; five grandchildren: Libby (Kevin) Taylor, Lauren, Trevor, Kirstie (Xavier) Hernandez, and Blake Williams; one great grandchild, Calla Hernandez. Preceded in death by his beloved wife of 65 years, Mary Lou in 2011, parents, Edgar and Susie Williams. Funeral services were held on Thursday June 5, 2014 with military honors. Burial at Elmwood Cemetery in Hammond. Clint was born in McKenzie, TN, he and Mary Lou made Hammond their home since 1947. He was a proud WWII Army veteran, and was retired from the B & O Railroad. Clint loved spending time with his grandchildren. He was a loving and devoted husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather and friend.
