JOHN VLADIMIR PRIMICH It is time to say goodbye to John Vladimir Primich, an only child, born 6-3-1930 to Harriet Berkheimer and John Primich. Sailor of boats, teller of tales, cutter of rugs, singer of songs, explorer of horizons, fighter of battles, loyal friend to many. Husband of two, father of four, grandfather of seven. Proudest of his US Military Service, his colleagues at the GW Berkheimer Company, his college scholarship fund at the Legacy Foundation, the Portage High School Class of 1949 and his prizewinning 1947 Studebaker Landcruiser. Worshiped faithfully at Indiana University Football and Basketball venues (Class of 1953). IU, where he will forever be remembered for participating in the first "Little 500 Race." There are so many fun things to do in life, was his creed. Celebration of life to be held at a later date.
