MARK EDWARD OLENIK CROWN POINT, IN Mark Edward Olenik, 38, passed away on November 20, 2012 from complications stemming from cancer. His battle was short, but courageous. Mark is also survived by Grandma O, Grandma May, numerous uncles, aunts, cousins, and friends. Mark graduated from Highland High School in 1993. He built homes, including his parents and Brian's, for K and M Builders prior to beginning his career at Graybar Electric where his charisma and charm turned customers into friends. Marky loved his family, Jellystone, hockey, out of control holiday decorations, and helping his brothers with many, many projects! His family invites friends and relatives to gather in remembrance for a celebration of Mark's life, Saturday, November 24 from 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home, 8178 Cline Avenue Schererville with a graveside blessing and fellowship to follow.
