DR. CHARLES J. STARK "CHUCK" ZIONSVILLE, IN Dr. Charles J. Stark "Chuck", age 68, of Zionsville, IN passed away March 4, 2013. He was born February 15, 1945 in Gary, IN to Robert and Agnes (Miklik) Stark. Chuck graduated from Purdue University College of Veterinary Medicine in 1973. He was the owner for 35 years of Lafayette Road and West 56th Street Veterinary Hospitals. Chuck enjoyed helping and caring for all animals. He was an amazing husband, father, son, brother, grandfather, and a great friend and a compassionate veterinarian. Chuck loved building hot rods, running, and reading, but most of all he loved playing with his grandchildren. He will be missed but never forgotten. Chuck will remain in our hearts forever. He was preceded in death by his father, Robert Joseph Stark. Chuck leaves to cherish his memories a loving and devoted wife of 44 years, Larrianne "Samm" Stark; sons: Christopher (Rachel) Stark of Fort Worth, TX and Adam (Anne) Stark of Lafayette, IN; mother, Agnes Marposon; three sisters; one brother; two grandchildren; and many loving relatives and friends. Friends may call Friday, March 8, 2013 from 4:00-8:00 p.m. at St. Monica Catholic Church, 6131 N. Michigan Road. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Saturday March 9, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. with one hour of calling prior to service at the church. Burial will take place in Our Lady of Peace Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Purdue University's College of Veterinary Medicine, In Memory of Dr. Charles J. Stark.
