BARBARA HOFFMAN "DOLLY" (NEE HUBER) CROWN POINT, IN Barbara Hoffman "Dolly" (nee Huber), age 86, of Crown Point, IN, passed away on Friday, April 26, 2013 at Chicagoland Christian Village, on her 66th Wedding Anniversary. Barbara is survived by her loving husband, James A. Hoffman; children: Diana (Michael) Waisnora, James (Janet) Hoffman, Robert (Mary) Hoffman, and Nancy (Gordon) Lorentz; nine grandchildren: Keith (Zayda) Randolph, Kevin Randolph, Kim Lesniak, Chris Hoffman, Kristin (Mike) Mucha, Nick (fiancee, Sarah Zondor) Hoffman, Bill (Meghan) Lorentz, Erin Quinn and Steven Lorentz; 15 great grandchildren; sisters: Monica (Ray) Romain and Josephine (Richard) Schweitzer; sisters-in-law: Rita Huber and Shirley Hoffman. She was preceded in death by her parents: Charles and Josephine Huber; brothers: Ralph Huber, Jerome Huber and Charles Huber. Barbara was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church in Crown Point and Catholic Order of Foresters. She graduated from Catholic Central in East Chicago. Barbara was a loving wife, mother, sister, grandmother and great grandmother. She loved camping with her family, traveling, playing bingo, and music. She will long be remembered for her great cooking. Friends may visit with the family on Sunday, April 28, 2013 at Geisen Funeral, Cremation & Reception Centre, 606 E. 113th Ave./South St., Crown Point, IN from 1:00 to 7:00 PM. Funeral prayers will be said on Monday, April 29, 2013 at 9:15 AM at Geisen Funeral, Cremation & Reception Centre in Crown Point, IN followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 AM at St. Mary Catholic Church, 321 E.
