Wayne Johnson, age 72 of Crown Point, passed away Sunday, July 14, 2013. He is survived by his loving wife of 44 years, Marilynn; dear sister-in- law, Shirley Balcerak of Crown Point; beloved niece and nephew, Cheryl (Terry) Ciciora of Crown Point, and Gene Perosko (Diana) of Crown Point; great niece, Terra Ann Ciciora "the mushroom" (fiance Josh Chapman) of Crown Point; and a man's best friend, Koko; special dear friends: Ken and Jan Schreiber; and special friends and neighbors. Wayne was a retired baker from Wolf's Bakery and Party Cakes Bakery. He was a pilot who owned his own airplane. Wayne was a graduate of Fenger High School, Roseland, IL. He was a veteran of the Vietnam War and a member of American Legion Post #20 and the NRA. Family and friends may call at Pruzin & Little Funeral Service, 811 E. Franciscan Dr., Crown Point on Thursday, July 18, 2013 from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. Funeral service will follow promptly at 5:00 p.m. from Pruzin and Little Chapel with Rev. Joseph Vamos officiating.
