Manuel Martinez Obituary
Manuel Francisco Martinez, III "Chubz" passed away Saturday, June 18, 2016 in East Chicago, IN. He was born to Manuel Francisco Martinez, Jr. and Jovita Cavazos on February 28, 1985 in East Chicago, IN. Manuel is survived by his girlfriend, Paula Carver; son, Manuel Francisco Martinez, IV; siblings, Christina Y. (Michael) Ledesma; nephew, Michael Ledesma, Jr; niece, Lisette Ledesma, sister, Sonia (Gilberto) Hernandez and many other relatives and friends. Manuel was preceded in death by his brother, Alonzo G. Cavazos. Chubz loved to cook out, and being with his son and family. Memorial services will be at the Old St. Patrick's Church, 3810 Grand Blvd., East Chicago, IN from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 23, 2016. A Funeral Brunch will follow at the church. Visitation will be from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 23, 2016 in the Main Chapel at the Ridgelawn Funeral Home, 4201 West Ridge Road, Gary, IN 46408 (219) 980-5555. Chubz will be deeply missed by his loving, devoted family and precious friends. God Grant Him Eternal Peace.
