JAMES TOPPING MANSFIELD, OH James Topping, 77, of Mansfield, OH formerly of Hobart, IN died January 10, 2017. He was a 1958 graduate of Hobart High School and retired from Inland Steel. James is survived by his brother, Alan Topping, of Valparaiso, IN; two nephews, Scott (Danielle) and Chris (Shelby) also of Valparaiso; and a niece, Kimberly (Joe) Kallok of Lafayette.
