Bronco Delich

Bronco Delich Valparaiso Bronco Delich, age 84, of Valparaiso, passed away on April 19, 2005. He was a retired employee of U.S. Steel and a veteran of WWII, U.S. Army. Bronco was a member of St. Sava Serbian Orthodox Church and the American Legion Post #454. He was preceded in death by his son, Steve Delich; brothers: George and Milan Delich; and sisters: Sylvia Jolly and Ann Taylor. Bronco is survived by his wife, Martha (nee Moore) Delich of Valparaiso; sons: Michael Delich of South Haven, David (Christy) Delich of DeWitt, IA and Daniel (Cindy) Delich of Portage; daughters: Diane (Mark) Young of Portage and Camille (Emmett) Fitzgerald of Valparaiso; brother, Steve Delich of Dyer; and sisters: Bessie Konski and Helen (George) Loncaric, both of Phoenix, AZ; 12 grandchildren: Stephanie Lewandowski, Camille Lewandowski, both of Portage, Bobby Delich, Serena Delich, both of Bristol, IN, Andrew Delich of Portage, Lia Delich, Luke Delich, Lindsay Delich, all of DeWitt, IA, Emma Fitzgerald, Hannah Fitzgerald, both of Valparasio, Melinda Young and Caitlin Young, both of Camdenton, MO; two sisters-in-law: Millie (late Mike) Delich and Bernice Siresi; numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held on Friday, April 22, 2005 at 7:00 p.m. Dr. Russell Hosey officiating. Friends are invited to meet with the family at Burns Funeral Home, 701 E. 7th Street, Hobart on Friday from 2:00 to 7:00 p.m. (time of service). Cremation at the Burns Funeral Home. Crematory will follow the service. American Legion Post #454 will hold a service on Friday 5:00 p.m.
