KOHNSTAMM--Ken, 66, died peacefully on Thursday, April 4, 2013 at his home in St. Paul, MN, surrounded by family and friends after a two-year battle with pancreatic cancer. The son of the Paul and Maisie Kohnstamm, Ken grew up in Pound Ridge, NY, attended the University of Michigan Law School, and moved to Minnesota, where he worked in the Attorney General's Office for 39 years. He ended his career as manager of the Civil Litigation Division. He was a vigorous advocate of legal representation for the underserved and was honored for his efforts. Ken is survived by wife of 31 years, Naomi Perman and his sons, Adam (Sarah) and Alexander Kohnstamm, all of St. Paul, MN, five siblings, and his mother, Maisie, who now lives in Redding, CT.
