HAMLISCH--Marvin. The Board of Trustees, artists, and staff of The Public Theater mourn the loss of friend and colleague, Marvin Hamlisch. We will forever remember Marvin's sensation, "A Chorus Line," which changed the face and voice of the American theater and encouraged a generation of performers. Marvin's tremendous contribution to the theater world, especially to the legacy of The Public Theater, is an inspiration to us all. He will be greatly missed.
