STUCHINER--Theresa July 8th 1921-January 7th 2013. Loving wife of Martin with a 50 year marriage, sister of George, Frank and Nathaniel Berlin. Survived by her loving children David, his wife Kathleen, Ann and Robert, his wife Judith and her beloved grandchildren Jacob, Emily, Sara and her beloved canine companion, Max. A brilliant tax attorney who was a pioneer in pension law at the firm of Kwasha Lipton. Head of the NYS Bar committee on taxation and many other professional achievements and acknowledgements. She was a graduate of Columbia University School of Law, New York University School of Law and Case Western Reserve University. Family will receive friends on Wednesday from 6-8pm at Frank E. Campbell 1076 Madison Ave. at 81 St. Funeral services will be on Thursday, January 10th 2pm at Frank E. Campbell. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to the Foundation Fighting Blindness or Diabetes Research Institute. She will be loved and missed by many nieces, nephews, extended family and all those who knew her.
