I was so sorry to hear this news but am also relieved that Joan's long struggle is over. We were Wheaton classmates and she was instrumental in getting the New York Wheaton "girls" together for mini reunions even after she was too sick to attend. She was brave beyond belief. I will miss her greatly and send my sincere sympathy and condolences to her family.
