PHILIP NEUHAUS Obituary

NEUHAUS--Philip Ross. Philip Ross Neuhaus, age 93, of Houston, passed away on the 23rd of April 2013. Mr. Neuhaus graduated with the Yale Class of 1942, served in the U.S. Army with the 124th Horse Cavalry, and enjoyed a 65-year career in the investment business. He was the co-founder and CEO of Underwood, Neuhaus & Co. His funeral service is to be conducted at ten o'clock in the morning on Friday, the 26th of April, at Christ Church Cathedral, 1117 Texas Avenue in Houston, with an interment to follow at Glenwood Cemetery. A more detailed notice, including a listing of survivors and other specifics, is published in today's edition of The Houston Chronicle and is available at www.chron.com. In the 1970s and 80s Underwood, Neuhaus & Company engaged my firm, The Selbst Group Inc to provide sales and sales management to its sales force. Mr. Neuhaus was such a gentleman and a pleasure to work with. I remember him most fondly. My condolences to the family.
