MILLER--Sidney M., died suddenly in his home in Del Ray Beach Florida on December 5 at the age of 86. Sid was a top agent at the New York Life Insurance company for over 60 years. When I learned about Sid's passing, I posted the following on the New York Life Retired Management website:Bill Kelly

*I received my copy of the NYLIC Review yesterday. The edition was dedicated to two iconic agents who passed away in 2013- Tom Flournoy Jr and Sid Miller. I was more familiar with Tom's sons Tom and Carson. Yes, I got cross pens from all. Sid was a well known fixture at the Home Office, always so personable and a credit to the field force. I had seen him at Ken O'Brien's wake less than 2 weeks before he passed away on December 5th. I will fondly remember them both.
