Bill and Mary Anne Wilmouth
January 3, 2011
My husband and I had the pleasure of meeting Anne last summer when we went to her home to purchase fleece. I had read her book and had quite a different picture in my mind. I pictured a tall robust woman because of all that she had physically accomplished and not the pettite woman who greeted us. Our visit turned into several hours of converstion accompanied by cups of tea. As my husband and I wish to raise sheep someday, her advice was invaluable. I'll never forget the day we went up to help her round up and separate a few lambs.
Even though are association was brief, I will never forget the time we spent with her or the hug at Rhinebeck. Rest in peace.
