FALLEDER--Arnold Edward, poet, born June 14, 1933, in Brooklyn, NY, passed away on January 12, 2013 in the Bronx, NY. He will be greatly missed by his wife Eloise Cohen Falleder, daughters Samantha Berman (Marc) and Gussie Singer (David), granddaughters Allison Lily Berman and Hannah Jean Singer, and sister Toby Falleder. Arnold was recognized by the Poetry Society of America, published three books: Midrash for Macbeth (Runaway Spoon Press, 2000), William Said (Generator Press, 1996) and The God-Shed (Runaway Spoon Press, 1992), contributed to several anthologies including the American Judaism Reader (1967) and Generator 9 (1997) and numerous magazines and journals. The family requests that donations be made in Arnold's honor to the New York Public Library - St. Agnes Branch, 444 Amsterdam Avenue, New York, NY 10024, or the Poets House, 10 River Terrace, New York, NY 10282.
