Frazier was like the grandfather I never had, so it's fitting that I post my sympathies today. For the first few years that I knew him he was just a talking window pane, but it was only a matter of time before I thought of him as family. My fondest memory of him is when he showed up at my house without warning and took me out for iced coffee so that he could offer a safe haven, to let me know that I had a home on the farm if I needed to get away. He was an extraordinary person with an incredible life and he will never be forgotten.

An angel of time came to us with friendship and love to share; to hold our hands and hearts while we stepped through time; to see inside each other; to know that more than feelings stir the pot of life. We are all better and stronger for having known you.
Love Always.

I didn't know Frazier, but knew him through Essra Mohawk's work. I was listening to her re-release of her 2 records from the early '70s this morning and then came upon this notice, strangely, just 8 days later. I will chant for your perfect transition, Monsieur Mohawk :)!

I am glad to have known you and been a small part of your tremendous life my friend. I will think of you often, of our times in CA and our email exchanges over the years. I believe we may see each other some day down that long dusty road.

Aloha Barry or Fraz if you prefer, we all miss you so much already. What a crazy, great guy! I will always remember your billboard ad campaign for the Ontario Dairy Farmers Association. "If you love Cheeses honk!" It ended up being canceled because various evangelical organizations thought it was blasphemous. Now you know how funny and genius it really was because God is laughing and welcoming you. Maybe that's why you left us so soon. God needed some really good, fun entertainment. You were a very kind person on this planet. Thank you for your friendship and being here with all of us. You made so many of us smile, laugh, and feel good. Have fun with God. Aloha pumehana.

Frazier, thank you for the time you invested in all of us who were lucky enough to know you, work in the wonderful studio in the barn with you, where the wood and the "vibe" meant everything....one of my fondest memories is having to stop recording and take a break because the cows had to come in and be milked....thank you for a wonderful experience and some of the "warmest" recording that a Neve console ever produced. You always gave folks a break and a chance...we are all grateful to you......

Dear Friedman family,
I am so sorry for your loss and you have my sincerest sympathies. May you find comfort in knowing that soon God will do away with the pain of death and death itself. Psalm 33:19

Imagine we are in a room after Fraze left the building. Look around at the familiar faces of those who's lives intersected and see. If the measure of a man is in the lives he touched, then Frazier was a big, big man.

Dear Frazier
I saw you and Mark for the 1st time clowning at Hill Crest Mall.I did not know you then. Then I saw the two of you on tv, doing the Santa Clause Parade..Then I met Mark and he took me to meet you....Once we met you had me do cup cakes for the Shrine Circus, You had me do a Piano Cake for Burton Cummings & Don Johnson movie... The day that I met Marks Dad, you made Eggs Bennie for brunch. That was the 1st time that I had tasted them and mmm...When I was doing house parties (fun house parties) you bought a gift cert. off of me and gave me a show. I made you lemmon pies, bought you many coffee's and a bit for Jack.. Always in my heart
