I remember the day I met Chuck in Tribeca in 98. The entire neighborhood knew him back then (90's 00's). I was about 20 and knew full well he was in Goodfellas,my favorite movie at the time, still is for that matter. I was starstruck after his greeting of "Hey Kid" I think the only thing I could muster was a stupid question about being in Goodfellas. Over the next couple years I got to know him on a limited basis but I could always expect a "Hey kid" as he strolled down Hudson st.

you were an inspiration to many and a great addition to one of the most iconic movies in history, I thank you for the entertainment you have given me in the past and that will continue forever in the history of movies, sometimes its the smallest rolls that leave the biggest memories thank you and god bless you and your family.

Its was a pleasure to have met and known you for over three and half years. You will be dearly missed. I always enjoyed talking to you. You were a amazing human being to know. You gave so much to people in your own way. Total respect there. It was you that knew how to bring the humor out of people and you brought it out of me. A respectful character that made me laugh when i was in and out of your building, but you made my day. Well you are in a better place now with the angles overlooking your family and friends. See you one day again on the alps. Joey D. ("Hows my Malta boy doing") He use to say that to me. A quote from him when we started our conversations and working on his building elevators at hudson st. My condolences to Chuck's family and friends. So sorry for your loss. May he rest in peace. Amen
