Light a Yahrziet Candle. How touching.

This was on my fathers Tombstone. May it be of some small comfort to you.

"What though the Radience which was once so bright;
Be Now Forever Taken From My Sight;
Though nothing can bring back the hour...
Of Splendor In The Grass..
Of Glory In The Flower;
We Will Grieve Not...
But Rather Find Strength In what remains behind.
William Wordsworth

As a Postscript I met you when you were going into a bldg. called Lincoln Center last Feb.in Dallas and I was coming out.
The reason you'll remember me is I'm a Baby Boomer who was so Excited to see you, I yelled out "Dick Morris, The Savior of the Republican Party..The Savior of America!' You replied I'll kiss you for that!
You are my mentor.

It's awful when you lose the last link to your Origin.

Only a Mench like you would guide the Goyim to light a Yahrziet Candle, in Memorium to your beloved Father.

Dick,

God bless you in your time of sorrow. I lost both my parents last year within 10 days of each other. They had been married 72 1/2 years and when Daddy went to Heaven, Momma followed 10 days later. I know the pain you must be feeling, but what an incredible man your dad must have been and what a legacy to leave behind. You are so blessed.
You will be in our thoughts and prayers.
May God give you rest and reunite you with your dad in Heaven one day.

Sincerely,
Butch Cates

Dear Mr. Morris:

I was blessed to have your father as a professor at NYU the last semester he was able to teach. At his age, he managed to make it on time and with more energy than any of us in class. His memory and stories did not fail to amaze me week after week. Taking his class was truly to be in the presence of greatness. You are very fortunate to have had this man as your father.

A truly special person has passed on. I am fortunate to have met and studied under Prof. Morris, a great man and professor.

July 28, 2010

Mr. Morris - Your Father was a Prof of mine at NYU. He was a great (and I mean great) teacher, able to blend the theoretical of real estate law as practiced in NYC, with real world experiences. He would not accept my mid-term (as written in a Blue Book) because he said he could not read my handwriting. It didn't count for a grade, but it sure made an impression. I can remember him bringing in the original of the brief he filed for the landmarks designation of Grand Central. My sincerest condolences on your loss. John Kovarik
