We are so sad at this news. Keith was a wonderful friend and neighbor at Harbor Hill in Baltimore. I'll never forget how much fun he and I had when he let me ride along with him when I had to be in DC. We are thinking of you, Ellen, and are with you in spirit with lots of Wayne's big bear hugs for you. Much love, Wayne and Ruth
