I will always remember Stan's intelligence and kindness. I knew him for many years working for Kaufman and Broad, the Irvine Company, and then with Barbara Casey at Casey & Sayre. I remember when he was helping developer Donald Trump re-organize. A dear and unique man.

I've missed Stan's presence on the mountain in Park City the last few years, even though he always manged to check in and face chat. I know he will be happily schussing where-ever he is and will toast his memory this winter! Lots of love to the family!

Stan was a giant in the real estate industry and a wonderful person. It was an honor for me to work at both E&Y and Forest City during Stan's tenure at both. May his memory be for a blessing.

Stan was a crucial adviser and mentor several times in my legal career. Having spent many weeks together on cases, I came to appreciate his brilliance and his humanity. A tough negotiator who always tried to be fair and leave the other side of the negotiations with their self respect. It has been too long since I last spoke to him, but I will always remember him. He will be missed by all who knew him.

The most generous of geniuses. Stan mentored me in my biggest career decisions ever since we worked together at USC Lusk and I completed the Ross Program. I knew he wanted nothing in exchange but a promise to pay it forward. I am blessed to have known him and to have benefited from his profound wisdom and genius insight. Rest in peace, dear Stan.
