Dear Jane,

You didn't know me, but I grew up with Stanley on Beach 136th Street. I lived at 187. We were childhood friends and enjoyed playing our favorite games, stickball, ring-a-levy-o, etc. We were Boy Scouts together, he was at my Bar Mitzvah. I spent many happy hours in your home with Jack, Roz and Alan.Stans drum playing was legend

I did reconnect briefly. Jonh Sexton was a mutual friend and after he and I connected several years ago, I called Stan to see if we could get together. Unfortunately,it never happened.

I wish to extend my sincerest condolences to you and your family and hope that time will heal your grief.

Sincerely

Arnold L. Manheimer

Jane & Family,

I'm deeply saddened to learn of Stanley's untimely passing. He was a gifted lawyer & a mensch. He is missed by many he knew & helped.

Please accept my sincere condolences.

Dear Jane and children: Stanley was an indelible part of my high school years and seeing him at reunions always brought back those memories of cruising the streets of Belle Harbor with the top down, listening to him play the drums in the basement, and ignoring all the dating advice he ever gave me. The last time we shared time together it was with Johnny and Jay, and I felt just like I did in high school. He was the same, only with more of everything.

Please accept my condolences for your untimely loss.

Dear Jane;

I am so sorry to learn of Stanley's death. He was a larger than life character whom I loved and missed as the years went on. I have a son entering his senior year in high school - senior year is when Jay and Stanley and I solidified our friendship. It was a wonderful year spent in the T-bird, cruising so innocently up and down the Boulevard. I wrote something about it once and will find it and send it to you. My thoughts are with you and the girls and I will be in touch by phone in a little while. Love, John
