Ted "Dad" Grudzinski was a spectacular human being. My life has been forever changed since you wandered into my Antique store. I would have never thought that such a chance meeting would develop into a potent father-son, brother-brother, friend-friend relationship. The world was a better place because of the music you brought to it. The day you left a part of me also left to travel the great beyond. My heart is heavy yet filled with so much joy for having you in my life. Love always- your son in spirit.

The early members of The Renaissance Chorus of New York (under Harold Brown) treasured the rare visits in later years from Ted, Who could forget the decades of his teaching, wit, wine expertise, and loyalty? The RenaissanceChorus.org site will offer a forum for his friends or family.

To the family of Mr. Grudzinski, I had Mr Grudzinski as a patient several years ago and must say he is an amazing man who visited us many times afterward. He used his music to help another patient and was always encouraging others to try harder. He will be remembered with much love and admiration.

To Ted's family,
I was so sorry to hear of Ted's passing. As some of you knew, we taught together at Massaspequa for many years and looked forward to our lunches at the deli or diner each day where we would talk about music and wine. Then there were the gourmet wine dinners our group of four couples would have regularly. And the trips Ted and I took into NYC to attend the distributors wine tastings at the big hotels to taste 200 wines in an afternoon. (Note: I'm in the wine business). And fond memories of the years Ted worked with me in the wine shop.Lots of good conversations. Lots of good stories. Lots of fun. A special friend. I truly will miss him. But his memories remain in my heart.
With affection,

I am so sorry to hear of Ted's death. His poetry was always a highlight of our writers group meetings, and I will miss his readings for a long time to come. A truly wonderful voice has been silenced.

I knew Ted through the Beverley Street Studio School where he added a great deal to their program before his illness caused him to resign from a leadership role. My sympathy is with you, his family, and with his many friends in the community.
