BELASCO--Steven R., of Scarsdale, NY, and Boca Raton, FL, on May 8. Beloved husband of Fran, father of Daniel, Judith, and Sara, and grandfather of Frieda, Noah, and Reuben. Steve was generous, kind, and devoted to his family, friends, community, and profession. A cum laude graduate of Brooklyn College (B.S.), University of Virginia School of Law (J.D.), and New York University School of Law (LL.M.), Steve was an Officer and V.P. of Taxation and Global Real Estate at Colgate-Palmolive, where he worked for 33 years. A lifelong stamp enthusiast, Steve, after retirement, served for several years as Executive Director of The Philatelic Foundation and later as a Trustee. Steve also sat for 17 years on the Town of Greenburgh Zoning Board, the last 12 as chair. He was highly ethical with a strong moral compass. His loss is immeasurable to all who loved him. Funeral at Temple Israel Center, 280 Old Mamaroneck Rd, White Plains, NY, 12:30pm on Wednesday.
