BRONFMAN--Edgar M., Sr. The 92nd Street Y Board and Staff mourn with a heavy heart the passing of Edgar M. Bronfman Sr., beloved father of our long standing Board member and former President, Matthew Bronfman. While Edgar's remarkable life and service will long be remembered, the Jewish world has lost a great leader and we have lost a true friend to our institution. His vision of a proud and vibrant Jewish community finds a home at our Bronfman Center for Jewish Life and leaves a lasting and profound impact on the 92nd Street Y and the many lives we serve. We extend our deepest sympathies to the entire Bronfman family. May they be comforted among the mourners of Zion and Jerusalem. Stuart J. Ellman, President Thomas S. Kaplan, Chairman Henry Timms, Interim Executive Director
