EVANS--David M., of Hackettsown, NJ, formerly of Glen Ridge, NJ, died on March 26th. at age 82. He graduated from Williams College in 1952, and served in the U.S. Air Force in Germany. His subsequent career was in international insurance brokerage, first with the American Foreign Insurance Association, where he spent many years overseas and in New York City in charge of European, Middle Eastern and African operations. He later was a senior vice president with Marsh and McLennan, Inc., and president and CEO of Resolute Reinsurance Company. He is survived by his wife Deborah, children Charles and Katherine, grandchildren Chas and Emily and brothers Jack and Dean. He will be deeply missed by those who knew him.
