KOCH--Edward I. The passing of Ed Koch is a great loss for our city and its people. Mayor Koch always was a fighter for New York City; as a Member of Congress and then as the 105th Mayor. He led New York out of the fiscal crisis of the 1970's and started the process that led to the renaissance of New York. His wit and humor are legendary and his question, "How am I doing?" will resonate through our neighborhoods for years to come. He will be sorely missed. John A. Catsimatidis, Admirer of Mayor Koch
